What we've been up to....

It seems we get busier and busier as life goes on. Shawn is working hard juggling his schedule from day to day. With working full time, trying to meet his quota at work, going to school full time, studying, and being the executive secretary in our ward, we wonder how he does it. But he just keeps pushing on, taking a day at a time, week at a time, semester at a time. We know it will end. Just the stage in life we are in now. We sure love him.
The girls have been so fun lately. Keely is so excited to turn four. I swear there are going to be many life changing moments when it's her birthday. Five times a day she says "When I'm four then I can eat my dinner all gone. "When I 'm four then I can play it all by my self." "When I'm four then I can...." The list goes on and on. It's so funny. She is into video games big time lately. She wanted to play Lego Batman all the time, but she was always asking for my help, it's just too hard for her. So we got her a Littlest Pet Shop game on the Wii, and she asks to play it all the time. She love games on the computer PBS Kids. She can navigate throught that website like a pro, and would play for hours if I would let her. She is an electronics girl that's for sure. Here's Keely and her cousin Nathan playing Lego Batman. He is really good. He is four so Keely thinks when she is four she will be good too. :) Lydia never sits still. She is constantly moving. She is the biggest tease. She is alwasy teasing Keely and making Keely mad. She is talking more and more, and she won't use her hands to eat anymore, she has to use a utensil, which is frustrating sometimes. She will climb up on a chair and finish Keely's breakfast all the time. She loves to swing. She pulls my hand to take her outside to swing 20 times a day. She is addicted

For Halloween Keely was Princess Presto from Super Why, and Lydia was a giraffe that Keely used when she was a baby. They had so much fun at the trunk or treat. They had games, and of course the candy. Lydia really got the hang of it, and would stick her pail out to everyone. They had a parade with all the kids, and Keely was "marching" it was so funny. She was so serious. Then on Sunday, Grandma Nelson had a mini "carnival" at her house, since the kids couldn't got trick or treating on Halloween. She had a bean back toss, cake walk, fishing, and trick or treating on all the bedroom doors. She is so fun, and the kids loved it.
Carnival at grandma's house. Waiting in line for the bean bag toss.Keely marching in the paradeWork for Paradise Cleaners seems to have gotten busier for me. I feel like I can never keep up anymore, and I have no down time with housework, working, ect. I am determined to work till Shawn is done with school. I can do it! I have been trying out at stroller from my sister in law Chrissy to see if I want to buy it from her. I am loving it. I can go running whenever I want now! I don't have to wake up early in the morning before Shawn went to work. Like that was happening anyway. I am determined to get my body back into shape. Horray for Sharla!

Poor Shawn! Jared is the executive secretary in our ward and the bishop honestly runs him ragged. It looks like your girls are growing so fast and they are so cute! Good luck with getting back in shape:)
