4th of July

I am behind with my blogging. Go figure...Year after year we go to Heber at my parent's house for the 4th of July. It has always been my favorite holiday of the year. There's just nothing like being in Heber for the fireworks and family. This year all of my 8 brothers, that's including my brother in laws, helped my dad build his work shop in the back yard. It was so cool to see my brothers getting together to build something and helping each other. They were able to frame and get the roof on. We of course BBQed and saw the fireworks after. We already miss the cool weather and family. Here are some pictures of the weekend....

In my mom's front yard. She saw her other cousin being pushed by her older brother, and Lydia just climbed right in. She thought that was a great idea with those Tonka trucks.
Just starting to put the roof off.
Just the beginning of the shop. My dad was so excited to have these grown men help.
My good looking husband cutting the wood. He was the wood cutter. He now wants a chop saw...

It was so great to see you there Sharla. Your youngest was so amusing to watch. She had a look on her face like she was thinking 'hhmm, not what can I do here?' Your girls are absolutely adorable. I hope to see you more often.
*hugs and kisses*
